Hello,
I am doing my Masters Thesis on transportation and packaging. I am interested in any consumer packaging changes companies have made to improve the efficiency of their shipping, both environmentally and in terms of volume. More specifically, I am focusing on alternative and environmental packaging which reduces the cube for overall shipment. I would love to hear any of your experiences. Also, if you have a few minutes, I would love if you could fill out this survey based on your work experience (either past or present). http://survey.constantcontact.com/survey/a07e2i8bqr0ftn55rdp/start Thank you for your time, Amy |

Hi,
One example that comes to mind is toilette paper. Some brands squeeze their paper rolls together before wrapping them in the plastic bags. Thus giving them a cube shape and eliminating the empty space in the center. Best regards Jonatan |
