Default Layout Design - Operator Work Station

I wish to design an operator Work Station and reduce the waste associated with the excess moves/walks. Which tools are available?

Work Place Planner (WPP®) from Proplanner® is a software package that makes doing these types of analyses very quick and easy. WPP is an AutoCAD add-on used to evaluate different “What-If” scenarios based on layout changes and various sequences of operations. By testing different scenarios the best currently available station design can be determined and implemented with less risk. This tool can be applied to both static and dynamic operations and will produce several useful outputs including an operator footprint, value-added/non-value added/walk records, and total cycle time.
