The question as in the title: how to change default seed in RNG in Arena?

Hi Jack,

you can change the default stream either by entering a particular stream number directly in the distribution, e.g., EXPO([123],[stream number]), or by dragging the seeds element from the elements panel into your model. There you can add the stream, you would like to generate your random numbers with. Steam number 10 is the default one.

You might also have a look in chapter 'Further statistical issues' -> 'Random-number generation' in the Kelton textbook.
