Where to find PM software for online use ?

Would like to find a simple low cost project management software that could be installed for our website (ie on a web server).

The functionality needs to be something like MSProject, but doesnt need to be as robust.

Just need critical path scheduling, gantt chart, calendar and any other simple tools that may be available.

Main use would be for building construction management by clients of our small construction business.

Am not an expert PM or IT person, so needs to be simple.

Ps: The other option may be a website that offers online PM services, but seems like it would be nice to be able to customize PM for own website ?
