machine setup detailing for witness

hi,

regarding the witness simulation software, there have 3 different of setups which are no. of operation, part change and value change. i understand about the use for no. of operation and part change, but i not really sure how to use value change. as the definition in the help for value change there state "the setup occurs at the beginning of the cycle after specified expression changes value." is that mean eg. expression=480 mins, means every 480 minutes the machine will do setup once? thanks for reviewing my post.
