Default Bicycle Manufacturing Simulation

Hello All,

I am new to this forum so let me introduce myself first. I am a final year student and am currently working on my final year project which is application of operations management techniques to optimize a bicycle manufacturing company.

I have been working on the model and have finally created one. Now I need to use operation management techniques to improve the efficiency of the model. I am a bit confused here on what to do.

I would be very grateful if someone can point me in the right direction by either letting me know the techniques that I could use or where I can find such information.

Thank you for any help

Greetings, welcome to the PMC forum,it will surely help you a lot.May i know the software you are using??
Before going towards the technique, 'data analysis' part is very essential.Application of technique depends on the type of problem or bottleneck we are having. We cannot apply technique everywhere in the simulation model without knowing where it will effect the most.Hence, share some matter like in which software you made the model?what result did you get after the simulation runs? For how much time did you run the model?

the quality and standards should be maintain .the simulation system and modeling about to maintain the all the algorithms according to the modelling and synchronization of the fields . standards matters always .
