Default Controller - TOC firm

Our corporation utilizes the Theory of Constraints (TOC) as its tactical and operational framework. All decisions, policies and procedures are filtered through this prism. The Controller, in conjunction with the Corporation’s CPA firm, is to provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt management, financing, budget and cash management functions. Ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. Direct the financial affairs of the organization and prepare financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management in a timely and accurate manner. The Controller is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, its compliance with local, state & federal tax laws and the preparation of financial reports. The position involves supervision over general accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, Throughput accounting, and budgetary controls. Finally, the Controller must provide reports and schedules to the company's CPA firm in the preparation of all financial statements and tax returns.
