How does Lean manufacturing or 5s contribute to the sucess of implementing Six Sigma?
More specifically what are the Lean manufacturing tools that are used to control and then reduce WIP, Work in Process.

there are too many ways to reduce waste in your shopfloor.
Expeciallly, to reduce WIP you can use Line balacing techniques! This method makes your production line operates smoothly!

VSM will help you a lot. If you want to reduce WIP use KANBAN system if feasible at your end.
