Control Charts to Support Lean & Six Sigma
There are many control charts I've heard of (e.g. C-sub-p, Cpk, X-bar, R charts) and maybe many more I haven't!). How might these charts best be used to support 6-sigma and lean. Which chart might likely have "first priority among equals" when undertaking a new effort to improve and lean-ize a process?
