Default what is standards ?

can any body tell me what is standards regarding the quality and safety in automobile industry and also wanna to know which is best one in this related to this like suggestion from iso standards,jis standards,bsi standards,british stanadards,,din standards etc .

Standards in the automotive industry relative to quality typically are based firmly on process control (involving the use of control charts) and upon 6sigma concepts. For the "safety" half of your question, let us hope ergonomic experts come to this thread!
