Thank you -- this article is highly interesting, and prompts me to ask: Suppose the project manager is using Microsoft Project (or one of many other similar software tools). Does MS Project have a canonical way of specifying "Task A is 'dessert'" (to use the metaphor in the article) and should be undertaken only if Task B ("meat") is complete, or X% complete by date Y, or some other context-reasonable criterion?
